Bio
Anna E. Sanders is an Associate in the Firm's Professional Liability Department and Medical Malpractice Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on defending health care providers, including hospitals, health systems, physicians, and nurses, against medical malpractice claims involving catastrophic losses and significant financial exposure.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Sanders served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Denis P. Cohen of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Her duties included drafting judicial opinions and bench memoranda on various pre-trial issues including discovery disputes, venue, personal jurisdiction, amendments to pleadings, joinder of additional defendants, and Post-Conviction Act Relief petitions.
Ms. Sanders is a graduate of Boston College Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University with a B.A. degree in Communication Studies.
