David S. Bigelow is an Associate in the Firm's Casualty Litigation Department and defends clients in claims related to premises liability, products liability, and construction defects and injuries. His clients include companies in the construction, insurance, hospitality, and retail industries.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Bigelow was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Ann M. Butchart of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. During his tenure, he drafted both civil and PCRA opinions for submission to Pennsylvania Superior Court, as well as conducted jury selections with attorneys.
