Donna Nadel Kramer is a Principal in the Firm’s Professional Liability Department and Medical Malpractice Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare providers in litigation involving alleged malpractice and/or negligence. Her cases involve complex medical fact patterns, minor to catastrophic injuries, and often substantial financial exposure.
Ms. Kramer represents clients at trial, mediation, and arbitration, and has successfully defended clients against claims involving alleged surgical negligence and misdiagnosis/failure to diagnose, among others. In addition, she provides risk management guidance and consultation services to chief executive officers, chief medical officers, and general counsel.
From 2006-2014, Ms. Kramer was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyer's Rising Stars, a listing which includes the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
