Kimberly A. Jetty is an Associate in the Firm's Workers' Compensation Department, resident in its Allentown, PA Office. She focuses her practice on the defense of self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation litigation. Her trial experience includes complex cases involving contested claims, issues of fraud, and multiple injuries.
Ms. Jetty has over seven years of workers' compensation defense experience and also holds a Master in Public Health. Prior to joining Post & Schell, she served with a workers' compensation defense firm in Western New York State.
