Bio
Ryan M. Logan is an Associate in the Firm's Construction, Government Contracts & Surety Law Practice Group. He counsels and represents property owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in matters related to construction projects and contracts and related claims and litigation.
Mr. Logan provides counsel on the construction contracting process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. He also advises on claims avoidance and risk management pre-construction. When disputes do go to litigation or arbitration, Mr. Logan represents clients in state and federal court, as well as state boards of contract appeals and administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Logan was an Associate with a central Pennsylvania law firm's Litigation Practice Group where he advised clients on complex litigation and risk management strategy. Mr. Logan is also a registered patent attorney and has advised clients on intellectual property strategy related to filing and preserving trademarks and patents.
