Associate Position - Business Corporate Attorney - 5 years' Experience
Post & Schell’s Lancaster Office has an immediate need for a qualified business/corporate attorney with approximately five years of experience. The individual should have familiarity with business entity selection and formation; contract drafting, contract review, and contract negotiation; merger and acquisition transactions; sale transactions; commercial leasing and loan documentation; shareholder agreements and buy-sell agreements; general business and corporate issues; and corporate governance issues.
Familiarity with land use and land development issues, commercial real estate issues, and commercial real estate financing transactions is a plus as is knowledge of creditors’ rights, loan workouts, and financial restructurings. Pennsylvania Bar admission required. Competitive salary and full benefits.

Associate Training
