John Dornberger Discusses Philadelphia Casino Licenses with The Philadelphia Inquirer

In a November 18 article in The Philadelphia Inquirer, Commercial Litigation Principal John W. Dornberger provided insight into the Pennsylvania Gaming Commission's award of a second casino license in Philadelphia.

Mr. Dornberger notes that the parties vying for the license that are not selected may choose to appeal the Commission's decision. 

He says, "The amount of money spent by an unsuccessful applicant is significant, and I think they are going to make a practical decision on that basis. My sense is they would have to consider that. We have come all the way down the road, and we might as well go the distance."
