Employment Principal Andrea Kirshenbaum Served as Faculty for PBI's Wage & Hour Law Symposium on Nov. 11

On Monday, November 11, 2013, Employment & Employee Relations Principal Andrea M. Kirshenbaum served as Faculty for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) 3rd Annual Wage & Hour Symposium in Philadelphia, Pa. The Symposium featured nationally recognized wage and hour plaintiff and defense attorneys, and explored the nuances of wage and hour laws. Attendees earned six (6) substantive CLE credits for attending the Symposium. 

Ms. Kirshenbaum, who litigates and provides compliance counseling on wage and hour issues for employers, presented two portions of the day long program. At  12:45 pm ET she presented, “Independent Contractor and Leased Employee Issues – Do You Know Who is Performing Your Work?” and at 1:30 PM ET, she explored wage and hour and overtime issues in, “The Compensable Work Day and Getting Control over When Work is Performed.”
