On September 29, 2014, Environmental Practice Group Co-Chair, Paul R. McIntyre presented, "Facilitating Workouts, Bankruptcy and Litigation," at the Information Management Network's (IMN) Real Estate General Counsels Forum in New York City. Mr. McIntyre's presentation focused on environmental risks and liabilities for debtors, lenders and secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure actions.
The IMN Real Estate General Counsels Forum, now in its fourth year, is the premier venue for in-house legal professionals to hear best practices and industry developments from a wide spectrum of real estate industry peers. The event features insights from attorneys at real estate developers, lenders, REITs, and operating companies, giving attendees an opportunity to glean insight from throughout the industry.
