Erik R. Anderson Joins Post & Schell as a Principal in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Practice in its Harrisburg Office
Harrisburg, PA – March 23, 2020 – Post & Schell, P.C. is pleased to announce that Erik R. Anderson has joined the Firm as a Principal in its Commercial Litigation Practice Group in its Harrisburg, PA office. He will also be a member of the Firm’s Regulatory & Administrative Agency Law and Professional Licensure Practice Groups.
Mr. Anderson represents clients in matters relating to commercial litigation, professional licensure, and attorney ethics proceedings and discipline defense. His clients are often confronted by challenges and opportunities at the intersection of government, law, and public policy. He routinely represents regulated corporations, state-licensed professionals, high-ranking public officials, law firms, attorneys, and judges. Mr. Anderson also works closely with employers in a range of industries and regularly advises clients on a variety of labor and employment issues.

Mr. Anderson joins Post & Schell from Myers Brier & Kelly LLP where he served as an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Group and helped establish the firm’s Harrisburg office. Prior to joining private practice, he spent nearly ten years working in the upper reaches of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General (OAG) and Pennsylvania General Assembly. As Agency Counsel for the OAG, Mr. Anderson served as chief in-house counsel and represented the OAG in labor and employment litigation matters. He also conducted internal investigations in tandem with the Office of Professional Responsibility into allegations of misconduct by law enforcement agents and prosecutors.

A 2006 graduate of Widener University School of Law, Mr. Anderson holds his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
