Jim Malone Moderates Philadelphia Bar Association Tax Controversy Panel on August 22



On August 22, 2018, James R. Malone, Jr. moderated the panel discussion, "Introduction to Tax Controversy Practice," sponsored by the Philadelphia Bar Association. 

The panel featured representatives from the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, the City Solicitor’s Office, and the Office of the United States Attorney and covered civil and criminal tax enforcement, as well as associated professional responsibility issues.
