On July 7, Professional Liability Defense Principal J. Michael Doyle and Associate Joseph V. Conroy, IV  presented “Litigation for Nurses 101: How to Partner with the Hospital and its Attorney for a Successful Outcome for All,” to hospital staff, nurses and risk management professionals at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA. 

The comprehensive presentation reviewed the basics of medical malpractice litigation and best practices for nurses in dealing with medical malpractice litigation both before, during and after trial.
