Ron Levine and Barbara Rowland Serve on Panels at PACDL's White Collar Practice Seminar on Nov. 10 - 11

Ronald H. Levine and Barbara Rowland served on separate panel sessions at the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' (PACDL) White Collar Practice Seminar on Thursday, November 10th at the Union League in Philadelphia. The annual seminar is designed to help attorneys navigate the latest complexities of white collar practice. Post & Schell is a Silver Sponsor of this year's event. PACDL is comprised of over 850 private criminal defense practitioners and public defenders dedicated to the preservation of the adversary system of justice. 

Ms.Rowland, Washington, D.C. Office Chair of the Firm's Internal Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice Group, served as moderator for the panel session, "False Claims Update: Implied Certification, Increased Penalties, Yates Memo, and Other News from a Busy Year," from 1:45 p.m. ET to 2:45 p.m. ET on Thursday, November 10th.

Mr. Levine, Chair of the Firm's Internal Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice Group, served on the panel session, "To Comment or Not Comment: The Ethics of Dealing with the Media in High Profile Cases," from 4:00 p.m. ET to 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, November 10th.
