Bio
Jessica A. Colliver is an Associate in the Firm's Professional Liability Department and Casualty Litigation Department. She defends hospitals, behavioral health facilities, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers in alleged malpractice litigation involving catastrophic injuries with high financial exposure. She also defends clients in complex litigation involving claims of premises and products liability.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Colliver was a Clerk for the Honorable Lisa M. Rau, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She also worked with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and the Montgomery County Public Defender's Office Appeals Division.
She is a cum laude graduate of Temple University's Beasley School of Law and Dickinson College.
