Bio
Zachary J. Duffy is an Associate in the Firm's Professional Liability Department and Medical Malpractice Defense Practice Group. He defends healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and hospitals, in trials and mediations involving medical malpractice claims with significant financial exposure. He has defended providers across several medical specialties.
Mr. Duffy is experienced in all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, including trial strategy, developing points for expert analysis as to the standard of care and causation, drafting of dispositive motions, and depositions of plaintiffs and physicians.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Mr. Duffy was an associate attorney with two regional civil defense firms and defended clients in medical malpractice and general liability claims.
