Bio
Madison G. Melinek is an Associate in the Firm's Insurance Law Department providing counsel and representation to insurance clients, including claims professionals, agents, brokers, third-party administrators, and in-house counsel on all aspects of the claims process, complex coverage, and bad faith disputes. This includes the preparation of coverage opinions, analysis of state-specific laws, and associated litigation.
Prior to joining Post & Schell, Ms. Melinek was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Stephen G. Baratta, Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and is a Certified Mediator through the school.
