Marni Berger and Bryan Shay Present Seminar on Insurance Claims and Coverage at Philadelphia Insurance Co. on Dec. 18



On December 18, 2019, Marni S. Berger and Bryan M. Shay presented the three-hour CLE seminar, "Learning Coverages Through Claims Examples," at Philadelphia Insurance Co. in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The seminar was sponsored by the Institute of Strategic Education Partners (ISEP).

Ms. Berger and Mr. Shay examined various insurance coverage questions and issues through the lens of claims examples for a variety of insurance lines, including;

  • Property
  • General liability
  • Products liability
  • Automobile liability

They also reviewed emerging issues in insurance coverage and claims, including terrorism, the spam, fax, or email exclusion, mobile equipment coverage, silica exclusions, and electronic data exclusions.
